Our Health and Safety Guidelines are subject to change as the state of COVID-19 may change over the coming months. This page will be updated with new guidelines if this happens and a notification will be sent to all registrants about the update.

Further, if you are an in person registrant, and no longer feel comfortable with attending in person, you will be allowed to change your registration from in-person to virtual. This will also come with a refund of the difference in the ticket amount.

Thank you for understanding the difficulty of planning an in person event at this time.
